What this covers

This page is about ponemus.com and nothing else. If we are already working together, the data in your project is governed by the agreement we signed, not by this page.

What we collect

When you use the contact form

You give us a name, an email address, a message, and optionally a company name. We use them to answer you. That is the only reason we ask.

Submitting the form sends two emails: one to our inbox at info@ponemus.com, and a confirmation back to the address you entered. There is no mailing list behind it. You are not subscribed to anything by writing to us.

When you just read the site

We count page views so we know which pages are worth keeping. The analytics are our own: we built the application and we run it, and it is cookieless by default. Nothing is stored in your browser, no identifier is set, and there is no profile of you to build.

Because it is ours, those numbers are not shared with an analytics company, and there is no third party to sell them on. They stay with us.

Bot protection on the form

The contact form runs an automated check to confirm a submission came from a person. That check receives your IP address and a one-time token. Without it the form would be full of bot submissions within a week.

Who else handles it

We keep this list short on purpose. Only two outside services touch anything from this site, and only if you use the contact form:

• An email delivery service, which sends the two messages the form produces.
• A bot protection service, which runs the check that keeps automated submissions out.

Neither is involved if you only read the site. Analytics is not on this list because it is ours, and it never leaves our own infrastructure.

Web fonts are served from our own server rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not announce your visit to a third party.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages live in our email, and we keep them as long as the conversation is useful. Ask us to delete yours and we will, along with the reply we sent you.

Asking us to delete or send you your data

Email info@ponemus.com and say what you want. We will tell you what we hold and remove it if you ask. You do not need to justify the request or quote a regulation at us.

Children

This site sells business software services. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not keep an archive of previous versions yet.
